Train Outside
The Box.

Unorthodox Ops is strength work for people who don't fit the standard gym mould — heavy odd objects, honest mental reps, and a crew that holds the line with you.

The Three Pillars

Everything we run sits on these. Skip one and the whole thing wobbles.

01

Unconventional Strength

Kettlebells, sandbags, sleds, odd objects. Training that builds usable power instead of gym-mirror muscle.

02

Mental Reps

Breathwork, journaling prompts and stress inoculation built into every session. The mind trains too.

03

Ops Community

Accountability check-ins, weekly challenges and a crew that notices when you go quiet.

Questions, Answered

No. We coach habits, breathwork and mindset tools alongside training. We are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, and we will always point you toward it when that's the right call.

You restart. Programs are built with reset weeks and the check-in crew exists exactly for the weeks you don't feel like it.

Send an intake through the contact page. You'll get a short readiness call and a starting block within 48 hours.
